InkJet Drying Systems
Fannon LightSpeed — dry faster, run cooler.
Patented 24K Goldenrod infrared reflectors focus virtually 100% of the energy right at the paper, so you get faster line speeds with reduced electrical consumption and cool-to-the-touch modules.
How it works
Goldenrod efficiency, engineered into the system
Fannon LightSpeed inkjet drying systems utilize our patented, energy-efficient Goldenrod infrared lamps. The integral 24K gold reflector directs and focuses the infrared energy exactly where it's needed — on the paper — for maximum drying with minimum waste.
- Faster line speedsHigher throughput with reduced electrical consumption.
- Cooler operationLower belt and surrounding-equipment temperatures; modules stay cool to the touch.
- Any ink, any substrateDries water- and solvent-based inks on glossy and non-glossy stock.

FAQ
InkJet drying questions
Yes. Fannon LightSpeed systems are designed to dry both water-based and solvent-based inks on all types of glossy and non-glossy substrates, in commercial and industrial printing operations.
The patented 24K gold Goldenrod reflector focuses virtually 100% of the infrared energy at the paper rather than radiating it into the surrounding structure. That keeps belt temperatures, surrounding equipment and the modules themselves much cooler — safer and more comfortable for operators.
Yes. We supply replacement infrared lamps for Fannon, Cogent/Research, Iamsco, Kirk Rudy and RSI dryers, and high-efficiency Goldenrod lamps that restore old, tired systems to like-new performance — typically with 1–2 day shipping.
