Heidelberg replacement infrared lamps

Reflector types & wiring configurations
All Fannon twin tubes can be fitted with a 23K gold reflector, white oxide reflector, or left clear to utilize a secondary reflector. The twin tubes can be made in many configurations with respect to heated lengths, lead-wire lengths, and series or parallel connection. Series connection has lead wires exiting one end of the lamp; parallel connection has leads exiting both ends.
Short-wave vs medium-wave response time
Short-wave infrared lamps and Fast Response Medium-wave infrared lamps typically use a tungsten coil that provides instant on/off control. Standard Medium-wave lamps use an iron-chromium-aluminum coil — a higher-mass, slower-response coil. This is a very cost-effective alternative to the tungsten coil if response time is not critical.
