395nm UV LED Curing Systems

The systems are available in three curing module sizes: 3-inch (model FP-120-80x40-395), 6-inch (model FP-120-160x40-395), and 9-inch (model FP-220-240x40-395). Each module offers 16W/cm² power intensity, making them suitable for a range of line widths and production throughput requirements.

The 3-inch model consumes 540 watts at 120V, the 6-inch model consumes 1,080 watts at 120V, and the 9-inch model consumes 1,620 watts at 220–230V. Despite their high output, the LED technology ensures significantly lower energy consumption compared to traditional mercury arc lamp systems.

All three models feature an air-cooled design. This simplifies installation by eliminating the need for water lines or complex cooling infrastructure, reducing maintenance requirements and overall operational costs while maintaining stable and consistent curing performance during continuous production runs.

These systems are designed for screen printing, inkjet printing, paint curing, and commercial and industrial printing operations. They are also applicable in automotive finishing processes. The focused LED reflector system ensures UV light is delivered precisely at the substrate, minimizing energy waste and improving cure quality.

UV LED systems offer significantly greater efficiency than traditional mercury arc or halide UV lamps. They consume less power, produce less heat, have longer operational lifespans, and allow for faster line speeds.
