UV LED Drying Systems for Flexo Printing

The UV LED curing systems are available in three modular sizes: 3-inch (80 x 40mm emitting window, 540W), 6-inch (160 x 40mm, 1080W), and 9-inch (240 x 40mm, 1620W). This range allows printers to select the module that best matches their press width and production throughput requirements.

All three models in the UV LED curing system range use an air-cooled design. Air cooling simplifies installation significantly — there is no need for water lines, chillers, or additional plumbing infrastructure, making these units well-suited for retrofitting into existing press lines or new standalone installations.

Each model delivers a power intensity of 16W/cm², regardless of module size. The 3-inch (FP-120-80x40-395) and 6-inch (FP-120-160x40-395) models operate on 120 Volt power, while the 9-inch model (FP-220-240x40-395) operates on 220–230 Volt. This provides flexibility for both North American and international facility electrical configurations.
