Air Cooled UV Varnish Curing Systems

The UV LED curing systems are available in three modular sizes: 3-inch (80x40mm emitting window), 6-inch (160x40mm emitting window), and 9-inch (240x40mm emitting window). This range allows integration into various press widths and production line configurations across printing and industrial applications.

All models use an air-cooled design, eliminating the need for water cooling infrastructure. This significantly simplifies installation and day-to-day operation, reduces maintenance requirements, and makes the systems well-suited for environments where plumbing or water-cooling systems are impractical or unavailable.

All three models deliver a consistent power intensity of 16W/cm². This high-intensity output ensures fast and complete curing of UV inks and varnishes, supporting faster line speeds while maintaining curing quality across screen printing, inkjet, and industrial coating applications.

The 3-inch and 6-inch models operate at 120 Volt, drawing 540W and 1080W respectively. The 9-inch model operates at 220–230 Volt with a 1620W draw. This range of voltage options makes the systems compatible with standard North American and international facility electrical configurations.
