All Fannon UV LED curing systems use an air-cooled design. This eliminates the need for water cooling infrastructure, simplifying installation and ongoing maintenance while keeping operational costs lower compared to traditional water-cooled UV lamp systems.

Each model in the UV LED curing system lineup delivers a power intensity of 16W/cm². This high-intensity output enables faster line speeds and effective curing of UV inks and coatings with less energy consumption than conventional UV lamp technologies.

Yes. Fannon's UV LED curing systems are designed for both screen printing and inkjet printing applications. They are also applicable to paint curing processes and broader commercial and industrial printing operations, making them versatile for multi-process print facilities.

Two voltage configurations are available: 120 Volt models (Models FP-120-80x40-395 and FP-120-160x40-395) and a 220-230 Volt model (FP-220-240x40-395). Wattages range from 540W to 1620W depending on the module size and voltage selected.

Fannon UV LED curing systems are designed for standalone installation and integrate via a 24 VDC or dry contact transport interlock. This allows the system to communicate directly with your press conveyor, enabling synchronized curing operations.
