Fannon Products offers quartz infrared lamps ranging from 250W to over 6,000W. Screen printing replacement lamps typically run 1,000W to 2,000W, while Heidelberg press lamps span 1,800W to 6,950W. Custom wattages are also available for specialized industrial process heating requirements.

Short-wave infrared lamps operate at higher filament temperatures (around 4,100°F) with instant response, making them ideal for applications requiring rapid heat-up. Medium-wave lamps operate at lower temperatures and are less color-sensitive, making them better suited for screen printing with light and dark inks and plastisol-based applications.

Fannon Products' quartz infrared lamps are rated for 5,000+ hours of operation. This applies across replacement lamp lines for M&R flash dryers, Heidelberg presses, inkjet dryers, and custom-engineered systems. Proper installation, operating orientation, and voltage matching all contribute to achieving the full rated lamp life.

All lamps are made to exact OEM specifications.

Quartz infrared lamps are available with three reflector options: a 24K gold reflector for maximum directional efficiency saving 23.5% in energy costs, a high-temperature white oxide reflector for broad heat distribution, or clear quartz with no reflector for open-fixture installations. Custom reflector combinations are available on request.
