Benchtop UV Curing Systems

The UV LED curing systems are available in three standard module sizes: 3 inch (80x40mm emitting window), 6 inch (160x40mm emitting window), and 9 inch (240x40mm emitting window). All three deliver a power intensity of 16W/cm², making them suitable for a range of commercial and industrial printing setups.

Two voltage configurations are available. The 3-inch and 6-inch models operate at 120 Volts, drawing 540W and 1080W respectively. The 9-inch model operates at 220–230 Volts with a 1620W draw. This allows facilities in North America and internationally to select the appropriate unit for their power infrastructure.

All three UV LED curing system models use an air-cooled design. This eliminates the need for water cooling infrastructure, simplifying installation and reducing ongoing maintenance requirements. Air cooling also makes the units more compact and easier to integrate into existing printing or production line setups.

Fannon Products' UV LED curing systems are engineered for screen printing, inkjet printing, paint curing, and broader commercial and industrial printing operations. They are commonly used in automotive and plastics industries for paint and coating curing, as well as by print shops running high-speed production lines requiring reliable, fast ink curing.

The integrated LED reflector system focuses UV light output directly onto the substrate rather than dispersing it broadly. This targeted delivery means more energy reaches the curing area, enabling faster conveyor or line speeds while consuming less overall power compared to traditional UV mercury lamp systems — reducing operating costs and heat buildup on sensitive substrates.

All models support two transport interlock options: 24 VDC or dry contact. These interlocks allow the curing system to automatically activate or deactivate in sync with the movement of the substrate or production line, preventing over-exposure during stops and ensuring consistent curing results throughout the print run.
