700W UV LED Curing Equipment — 365/385/395nm

The UV LED curing systems are available in three modular sizes: 3-inch (80 x 40mm emitting window), 6-inch (160 x 40mm), and 9-inch (240 x 40mm). These correspond to models FP-120-80x40-395, FP-120-160x40-395, and FP-220-240x40-395 respectively, allowing integration into a range of press widths and production line configurations.

All Fannon Products UV LED curing systems use an air-cooled design. This eliminates the need for water-cooling infrastructure, simplifying installation, reducing maintenance requirements, and lowering operating costs. Air cooling makes these systems particularly well-suited for retrofitting into existing printing presses and production lines without significant modifications.

All three models deliver a consistent power intensity of 16W/cm². This high irradiance level ensures fast, complete curing of UV inks and coatings even at elevated line speeds. The focused LED reflector system concentrates energy directly onto the substrate surface, maximizing curing efficiency and minimizing wasted power output.

The 3-inch and 6-inch models (FP-120-80x40-395 and FP-120-160x40-395) operate at 120 Volts, consuming 540W and 1080W respectively. The 9-inch model (FP-220-240x40-395) operates at 220–230 Volts and consumes 1620W. This range of voltage options supports integration into both standard North American and international electrical systems.

All UV LED curing system models support transport interlock via 24 VDC or dry contact. This feature allows the curing system to synchronize with press transport mechanisms, automatically activating or deactivating based on substrate movement — improving safety, preventing substrate damage during stops, and reducing unnecessary lamp wear.

Fannon Products' UV LED curing systems are designed primarily for the printing industry, including screen printing and inkjet printing operations.
