UV LED 395nm Curing Systems

The UV LED curing systems are available in three standard modular sizes: 3 inch (80x40mm emitting window), 6 inch (160x40mm emitting window), and 9 inch (240x40mm emitting window). This range of sizes allows integration into various press widths and production line configurations for printing and industrial applications.

All three models deliver a power intensity of 16W/cm², regardless of module size. This consistent output across the 3 inch, 6 inch, and 9 inch configurations ensures reliable and uniform curing performance, supporting faster line speeds without compromising cure quality on UV LED-compatible inks and coatings.

All Fannon Products UV LED curing systems use an air-cooled design. This simplifies installation and operation by eliminating the need for water supply connections or cooling infrastructure, reducing maintenance requirements and making the systems easier to integrate into existing printing presses and production lines.

Two voltage options are available. The 3 inch (FP-120-80x40-395) and 6 inch (FP-120-160x40-395) models operate at 120 Volt, drawing 540W and 1080W respectively. The 9 inch model (FP-220-240x40-395) operates at 220–230 Volt and draws 1620W, making it suitable for both North American and international installations.

These systems are designed for printing and industrial manufacturing environments, including screen printing, inkjet printing, commercial printing operations, automotive paint curing, and plastics processing. The focused LED reflector design makes them well suited for any application requiring precise, high-intensity UV energy delivery directly to a substrate on a production line.

UV LED curing systems offer several advantages over traditional mercury lamp systems, including significantly lower energy consumption, instant on/off operation with no warm-up time, longer service life, no mercury disposal concerns, and reduced heat output to the substrate. Fannon Products' air-cooled LED systems also eliminate the need for complex cooling infrastructure required by conventional UV lamp setups.
