UV Flood Curing Systems & Light Sources

The UV LED Curing Systems are available in three modular sizes: 3 inch (80x40mm emitting window), 6 inch (160x40mm emitting window), and 9 inch (240x40mm emitting window). This modular approach allows you to configure the system to match your specific substrate width and line speed requirements.

All three UV LED Curing System models deliver a power intensity of 16W/cm², providing consistent and high-intensity UV output across the entire emitting window. This level of intensity supports fast curing times and enables higher throughput on commercial and industrial printing lines.

All Fannon UV LED Curing Systems use an air-cooled design. This eliminates the need for complex water cooling infrastructure, simplifying installation and ongoing maintenance. Air cooling makes these systems well-suited for retrofitting into existing printing or manufacturing lines with minimal facility modifications.

Fannon offers two voltage configurations: 120 Volt models (FP-120-80x40-395 and FP-120-160x40-395) and a 220–230 Volt model (FP-220-240x40-395). This ensures compatibility with both standard North American electrical systems and international industrial facilities, supporting Fannon's global shipping and customer base.

Fannon UV LED Curing Systems are designed for printing and automotive industries, including screen printing, inkjet printing, UV ink curing, and paint curing processes. They are suitable for commercial and industrial printing operations that require reliable, high-intensity UV curing integrated directly into production lines.

All Fannon UV LED Curing System models support 24 VDC or dry contact transport interlock configurations. This allows the curing system to be safely integrated with conveyor or press transport mechanisms, automatically activating or deactivating UV output based on substrate movement to prevent overexposure and improve process control.
