UV LED Area Curing — Wide Coverage & High Speed

Fannon Products offers UV LED curing modules in three standard sizes: 3 inch (80 x 40mm emitting window), 6 inch (160 x 40mm), and 9 inch (240 x 40mm). Each size is available at 16W/cm² power intensity, allowing you to match the curing width to your press or conveyor configuration.

The 3-inch and 6-inch models (FP-120-80x40-395 and FP-120-160x40-395) operate on 120V at 540W and 1080W respectively. The 9-inch model (FP-220-240x40-395) runs on 220–230V at 1620W. All models use standard electrical connections suitable for most commercial and industrial printing facilities.

All Fannon UV LED curing systems use an air-cooled design. This eliminates the need for chilled water systems or complex cooling infrastructure, simplifying installation, reducing maintenance requirements, and lowering the overall cost of ownership for printing and industrial operations.

Fannon UV LED curing systems are engineered for UV ink curing in commercial and industrial printing, screen printing, inkjet printing, and paint curing processes. They are widely used in the printing industry and automotive sector where rapid, consistent, and energy-efficient curing is critical to production throughput.

Fannon's integrated LED reflector system focuses UV light output directly onto the substrate, minimizing wasted energy and reducing heat exposure to the surrounding area. This targeted approach enables faster line speeds, more consistent cure depth, and lower power consumption compared to conventional UV mercury lamp systems.

All three UV LED curing models support 24 VDC or dry contact transport interlock connections. This allows the curing module to be safely synchronized with conveyor or press transport systems, automatically activating only when substrate is present and shutting off when the line is stopped to protect operators and substrates.
