The UV LED curing systems are available in three standard modular sizes: 3 inch (80 x 40 mm emitting window), 6 inch (160 x 40 mm), and 9 inch (240 x 40 mm). Each module delivers a consistent power intensity of 16W/cm², allowing you to match the curing width to your production line requirements.

All three UV LED curing module sizes deliver a power intensity of 16W/cm². This high-intensity output enables faster line speeds and more efficient curing compared to conventional UV mercury lamp systems, reducing energy consumption while maintaining consistent cure quality across the substrate.

Fannon Products' UV LED curing systems use an air-cooled design across all module sizes. This simplifies installation by eliminating the need for water cooling infrastructure, reduces maintenance requirements, and makes the systems suitable for a wide range of production environments including printing presses and industrial lines.

The UV LED curing systems are available in two voltage configurations: 120 Volt models (FP-120-80x40-395 at 540W and FP-120-160x40-395 at 1080W) and a 220–230 Volt model (FP-220-240x40-395 at 1620W). This flexibility makes them compatible with standard electrical infrastructure in both North American and international facilities.

These systems are designed for UV LED ink curing in screen printing, inkjet printing, paint curing, and commercial and industrial printing operations. They are also applicable in automotive finishing processes. The focused LED reflector system directs UV light precisely at the substrate, making them efficient for high-throughput production lines.

UV LED curing systems are significantly more energy-efficient than traditional UV mercury lamps, consuming less power while enabling faster line speeds. They produce no ozone, contain no mercury, have longer operational lifespans, and generate less heat, reducing substrate distortion risk. The focused LED reflector further concentrates output exactly where curing is needed.
